Eric has over 25 years of experience conceptualizing, developing, planning, innovating, supervising, and leading conservation projects across several countries in Asia, including Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Nepal, Malaysia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.

While with WWF, he played key roles in developing regional conservation strategies based on landscape-and basin-scales. He  has also led technical teams to assess global climate change impacts on species and ecosystems, which have informed climate change-integrated landscape conservation plans and strategies.
