Stanley is an Advisor at Seneca Impact Advisors and Research Advisor at Tula Capital. He provides strategic consulting services to several clients, specializing in innovative finance, capital structure solutions, and asset allocation. He is a member of the Value Investing and Media Committees at the CFA Society of Hong Kong. Stanley has over 20 years of research and advisory experience across the equities and fixed income space, with a focus on the financial services, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

From 2017 to 2021, he was Managing Director at CSPI Ratings, a credit rating agency servicing the USD bond issuance market. He also led the firm’s efforts in green finance, having written extensively on the green bond market for Chinese issuers. Prior to that, he held senior roles at DBS Bank’s fixed income origination desk, CLSA, Nighthawk Capital, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and Fitch Ratings. He was an external advisor to WWF, supporting the organization’s efforts in originating and developing Bankable Nature Solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Stanley graduated from the University of British Columbia with an Honors degree in Finance. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2004.
