Tathagata is the Director of Project Advisory at Seneca Impact Advisors and Research Advisor at Tula. Previously, he was an advisor to WWF’s Bankable Nature Solutions Asia-Pacific team working on originating and structuring commercially viable nature-positive projects.

Tathagata has more than 20 years’ experience with investments and the financial industry. He was with Alliance Trust Plc. as Head of Investments - Asia Pacific and Citigroup Asset Management as Senior Investment Officer and Head of Equity Investments for Asia ex-Japan. He is the co-founder of Littlemore Innovation Labs Pte. Ltd., an education technology startup, where he was the CEO for the first 5 years before transitioning to professional management.

He graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant from India and as a Chartered Financial Analyst from AIMR/CFA Institute.
